Things to do in lockdown: few tips to do in lockdown and avoid stress.

Many of us are at homes and most of them find it hard for maintaining their health, diet, exercise and sleep. I have been lockdown for more than a month and yet there is no clue of positivity.

I get up early, go for a little walk, do a one-hour home workout later in the day, plus lots of writing, lots of reading, lots of music, a bit of telly. And I am lucky to be confined with a partner whose company I actually love.

So I am not currently depressed at all, although I am worried about the consequences that may go longer. But, I believe that my experience of depression, and how I have learned a lot how to deal with it. It may be useful to others who are in lockdown. Millions of people who have no personal experience of mental ill health are getting an insight into what it might feel like to them.

Here are few tips to do in lockdown.

1. Maintain your key relationships with your children, parents and grandparents, siblings, closest friends. Really try to look out for them in this needy time.

2. Stay active all time that is the way of positivity in lockdown. When we all get nervous mainly because of corona virus.

3. Exercise at home, it is important to maintain your physical and mental health when you have closed gym.

4. Don't go outside for often without specific reasons in these days in lockdown. That's the way to protect us and your family.

5. Don't get upset because of staying at home these days, things will resolve sooner or later. This is not something new that man have never faced before. But I'm certainly believe that I may teach a lesson.

6. In order to avoid boredom, you need to take a proper sleep at home but, sleeping early at night is a beneficial night.

7. You feel bore in lockdown take books and read them or play games to avoid boredom and get relaxed.

8. It is very important to give your time to your family in this time. They may be nervous because of negativity of corona virus. So to avoid their negativity, you need to talk and avoid sadness.

9. Don't spend too much on social media, this time you can learn something new at home and give rest time to your family.

10. You can listen your favourite music and sound that may give you happiness when you get bored.

11. There are few courses that are available free of cost that you can use for building your career in lockdown.

12. Write down your own story and idea in this free of time.

13. Be kind and helpful to needy at this crisis time. We all understand the importance of being mankind.

14. Be curious and awaken, try to learn new things that can be useful for tomorrow.

15. Remember that all crises end eventually. By the time this one is over, there will have been a lot of death, a lot of grief, a lot of suffering. But it will end, and most of the world will still be here. So …

16. Keep things in perspective. Don’t panic. And finally …

Look! See an opportunity around you. The whole world is going to have that approach when this is all over, but we can do it in our own lives now. Most people are being kinder. There is a boom in volunteering.
