Are you exhausted sitting all day at home in lockdown? If yes, then you must do few basic exercises at home as sitting could be risk factor for your health like back ache, diabetes, etc. The basic thing to avoid these boring sitting hours at home is- keep standing up time to time for at least 5 minutes at every hour of sitting. You have to stand without any support of wall or without leaning or anything else.

If you are sitting long hours on the chair then it could also lead a risk factor. Then to avoid this, you need to take a pillow and lean to it by straightening your feet that will make you comfortable than sitting  long hours on the chair.

There are few easy ways to avoid long sitting hours.

1. After practising few days at home what is described above, you can take this activity to the next level. As you sit on the chair, put either leg over other side and stand up. This is how you can minimise your long sitting hours pain.

We recommend this that doing few times in a day can feel you in short bit of time. The other way to do this exercise is to take leaning over it. When you keep performing this activity, you will sooner realise how your body responds back to you.

2. The other activity is that you can do to avoid sitting all day at home on the chair is- put right leg over left leg, stand up and sit down with putting the right leg down. Do this for few times on each leg.

 3. If you are getting up late in early morning then this news is for you, you need to get up early morning after taking a proper sleep. The best thing that you can do early morning is to take sun rays on your body. This is highly recommended in this lockdown period. Experts believe that sun shine can prevent the spread of deadly corona virus.

4. We recommend take light food at home and do daily basic exercise at home. This is necessary when you don't work anywhere instead of sitting all times at home or watching videos. We recommend you to do basic regular exercise at home.

 5. Take more water in this kickdown to clear your inner parts of your body specially in the summer. Some experts believe that take more water than eating food at home. While eating too much at home can cause health imbalance.
